VIP House

This house was a perfect place for a family vacation. We had 10 people saying and it was plenty of space! Kitchen was well stocked and the pool was great! Extra supplies for the beach were nice also! The house did need a deep clean. It was not all cleaned when we arrived but they sent a crew back out. The fridge also freezes food so don’t overstuff. Other than those things we loved it!

The house was as advertised. We were visited by Hurricane Debbie so spent a lot of time indoors. The house was very spacious allowing everyone to get some much needed alone time. The loft area added another entertainment space(tv/reading/gaming). Location was as we expected with public beach access across the street (two houses down). The only downfall was the deck and pool furniture, both were below average. The pool had no lounge chairs, what was there wasn’t as nice as other places we’ve stayed. We would stay here again!!

Perfect accommodations for our family of 5 adults. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. Easily accessible to beach right across the street. Pier very close walking distance as well as a small grocery store and a few beach bars making it very convenient to walk.

The house was open & beautiful with bathrooms attached to all four bedrooms! The kitchen is stocked with everything you would need and the linens included was a major plus! Located right across from the beach!!

Great proximity to beach, pier and hwy 17. The four bedroom, 4 bath was perfect for my family of 5 adults. Having the pool and deck is a nice option. Glad to see those steps got painted light gray, making it not near as hot. The kitchen was well stocked. We don't want to stay anywhere else when we go to the beach.

You could not ask for a better location. This house is literally a block from the beach access area, and in my opinion, the most beautiful house on the block. The rooms are spacious. The showers were a little difficult for us given that my family height ranges from 5'8" to 6'2" for the adults, but we managed. If your family is shorter, you will be fine. The shower outside is amazing though. The pool is well kept, and we actually had a visitor in there one morning... a crab! Don't worry, we returned it to its home.
The area is like its own little town. You have to try the italian ice on the pier! I will warn you that because the beach is near the pier, you will probably have several shark sightings. There was also someone setting off fireworks every night, but we were there during senior week. When we went to check in, we had to wait like an hour to get our key. This might have been because of COVID though. Overall, we had a great time!

Our family vacation was wonderful. The VIP House has the perfect location! We could walk to the pier, get ice cream, ride the golf cart to the Kroger and beach access was just a hop, skip and a jump away. The baby pool was a life saver with toddlers! Parking was perfect for 7 cars and a trailer. Even though the house was not ready until 5 pm, it was clean and well maintained. Garden Realty took care of any need we had promptly and made our vacation seamless. I absolutely would recommend this property and plan on staying there again.

House was great. No issues. Pool was great for anyone of any age, but the kiddie pool was particularly nice for small children. Plenty of room for parking. My family and I would definatly stay here again.

Overall the house was beautiful. The shower/tubs in the master bath could stand updating. The bath tub was narrow and there was no place to put shampoo, conditioner or razor and barely enough room for a bar of soap. BUT, not a deal killer. The double sinks were nice and convenient. Loved the close proximity to the pier and beach shops plus getting to Hwy 17 was close. The pool addition was really nice. I was there with 2 of my college age daughters, my sister and her husband and my mother and we were all comfortable. We will definitely stay again next summer.

Everything was very nice, it was very convenient to everything we wanted to go see and do. The pool was great, I wish there had been a net so we could have gotten leaves and other small debris out of it easily.

My family really enjoyed our stay at the VIP House. The floor plan is wonderful for 2 families, because there are 2 master bedrooms and the balcony can serve as another living space upstairs. The house is located so near to the pier that it gives young teens the freedom to walk to the arcade and eating places. The furnishings were very nice. My only suggestion would be to fix the dryer. It took several cycles to dry clothes. However, it was still one of the best vacations we have ever had. Thanks GC Realty and VIP House!

The VIP house is perfect for a beach getaway. The living area has ample room for guests and very comfy furniture. Loved the open concept with kitchen and eating too. The house was clean and comfortable for our family of 9. Location couldn't have been better either, steps from the beach, and a quick ride to restaurants, bars and shopping.

The only complaint (and it is very small) was there were large "palmetto bugs" that would come in the house occasionally. We killed them, but we were all women and really afraid of them. Other than that, it was a perfect place to vacation.

This property is very spacious and close to all the action. There is plenty of parking underneath the house, Public beach access was a short walk. The kitchen is lacking plastic storage containers and the house would benefit from a deep cleaning but this didn't keep us from enjoying our stay and having a great family vacation.

This is a great house, however, I thought that it could have been cleaned better, bathrooms and floors needed a lot of extra "TLC". Also, the website shows that the carpet was replaced in 2011, however, there were large stains throughout the house.
