Mother great family vacation at a beautiful vacation rental.

Location is convenient for a family vacation. Walkable with little kids to the beach. Pool is a nice size and lots of amenities that make it a nice getaway. Outdoor shower and pool furniture were nice.
Overall the house accommodated our family well. Many rooms and bathrooms! Overall though the house seems a little worn down. Many large cockroaches visited during our stay. There were many dust piles as if someone swept and just forgot to pick it up.

Overall, a great time.Kids loved the pool and the opportunity to ride in the golf cart.Garden City Realty helpful before and during our stay.two small suggestions..3rd step on pool ladder missing and could use a ceiling fan in the carport area to circulate air there.

Pros: very responsive property manager at the end of the phone! Small issues addressed with lightening speed and a cheerful attitude!
Very clean property
Lots of amenities that are not always part of vacation rentals. Extra soap, dishwasher pods, towels, TP and trash bags. Much appreciated!
Nice decor, cute and cozy, comfy furniture.
Nice, clean little pool.
Close to nice beach, easy walk.
Cons: no half bath on lower level by pool. Main floor bedroom had the only bathroom on that level so that bedroom didn’t have privacy. Lots of stairs to use bathrooms.

The whole family had a great time together at this lovely home. We had 12 people and the size was perfect for us. Not sure if all the appliances were brand new but they looked it. The pool is a decent size and we all enjoyed it during the hot week!

The property was as described. Our vacation was cut short, due to storm Debbie. I would note the counters were not wiped off and the floor didn't seem to be swept and mopped. By the second night the roaches started coming out. I realize we were in a wet hot area. So, I wasn't as freaked out as the kids were. The furniture and beds were comfortable. We really appreciated the extra ice maker. All said I would rent again. I hope they give a little more attention to the cleaning. We were charged for cleaning, as well as everyone else who rents there.

We rent a beach house every summer. This rental has been by far our favorite!!! We loved the location to the beach, pier, restaurants, and also the park that had so many activities to participate in. The rental itself was very clean and cozy! There was enough seating for everyone at the table and living room. The pool and outdoor space was also a great place to hangout after a long day at the beach or a day in. You won’t regret renting this property!

Great place. Great location. We were only there for a few days for a wedding and 3 couples stayed there and it fit our needs well. Pool was having a few issues, and we didn't know we had to ask ahead of time for it to be heated, so with the cool snap it was unusable....and the linen package didn't fit the size of bed one of us had, but they brought us new ones as soon as they could. But these were minor inconveniences.

Great house with short walk to the beach. We take our extended family somewhere every year and this was one of our favorites. This house was great for everyone to hang out in and had enough cooking supplies to actually cook for everyone. Short couple blocks to the beach with minimal traffic and easy walk to restaurants as well. The only downside was the pool was a bit smaller than we were used too, not big enough to swim laps or have a deep end, but still big enough for us to play around it and lounge. Beach in this area was very clean, clear water when we went. We only had one issue with a toilet needing repair and the company responded immediately to my email and had someone out within a couple hours. Overall great stay.

Fantastic location, quiet area away from the busy pier and relaxing Atmosphere. The only thing we would change is the slippery pool deck, broken deck fencing and unsafe grey lounge chair area. Screws were popping up from the boards and they were unsafe for any adult or child to walk on. We were not able to utilize the space due to these concerns.

Fantastic place to stay - perfect time of year. This place was way more than I expected. Plenty of room, great location, clean and well kept. Also reasonably priced. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Well appointed
This home has new renovations including new kitchen. It has 5 bedrooms and is perfect for a family or friends getaway. The area is charming and the beach is very close and beautiful. Highly recommend!

This home was wonderful and perfect for our big family! The only complaint I heard was that the pillows could use replacing but not a huge deal. My boys loved the pool (despite being cool days and not heated), but kids are resilient! The only call I needed to make was a suddenly leaky kitchen sink and they came immediately and had it fixed within 30 minutes. Couldn’t ask for more! We appreciated getting the $150 cash toward our golf cart rentals. We had an amazing trip and the house was fantastic! For us, the thing that pushed us toward this house was the three king beds. That’s very hard to find and much appreciated! We would absolutely stay here again!!!

We stayed here for our annual spring break get away. Directions on getting to the property were clear. The property itself is updated, clean, cozy and has everything you need. The kids enjoyed the pool (not heated) and the adults enjoyed the pool chairs and balcony. Quick walk to the beach with easy beach access.

Overall we loved this property and would stay here again.

In general cleanliness, there was heavy staining on carpet stairs and the ceiling fans had large chunks of dust. The maintenance response was very good, however the Icemaker in the refrigerator was not ever functioning. The freestanding icemaker also was not working and were you were told they were not planning on fixing it.

Our vacation at Seashores Sandbar was wonderful. The house had all the amenities we could need for the week. The stroll to the beach was only a few blocks. My family had a nice relaxing vacation and would stay again.

Awesome beach house!
We spent a week at Seashore Sandbar this summer and had a wonderful time! Location is perfect - only a couple of blocks to the beach and very close to bars, restaurants & grocery stores. We rented a golf cart for the week and did not have to use our car at all! The house is beautifully decorated and we loved that each of the 5 bedrooms has an attached bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped - we enjoyed making breakfast each morning for our group before heading to the beach. The private pool is a perfect size, and the carport patio was a perfect place to hang out during a brief afternoon storm. We had a great time and would love to stay here again, 100% recommend!!

Beautiful home in quiet neighborhood. Very clean and we'll maintained. Plenty of room for a large family get together. Less than a five minute walk before your toes are in the sand at the beach. Highly recommend. Hope to get back again in 2022!

This place was wonderful. Just a few blocks to the beach. The pool got shade in the afternoon and had comfortable furniture to sit on. House was big enough and the sofas were very comfortable.

Amazing Beach Rental
We stayed here for a quick getaway trip and it could not have been better. With only a few blocks to the beach, it is also very close to restaurants and grocery stores. This beach rental was well equipped with everything you need for your stay! Having your own private pool is a plus. One of the best features is each bedroom having its own bathroom attached. Plenty of space for everyone! We can’t wait to go back and stay here again!

Relaxing getaway
We stayed at Seashore’s Sandbar the end of February and were not disappointed! This home is wonderful! Beautifully decorated, and well equipped. Time away from home in a relaxing setting was needed and this home provided just that. Great deck, super comfortable beds and with only a few blocks to the beach we were able to relax there as well. I highly recommend this property! I will most certainly return!
