Ocean Townes One

This was definitely among my top favorite condos we’ve stayed in at the beach. Extremely great view with a porch swing that the whole family took turns enjoying. Very confident beach access and just a comfortable homey house to enjoy. Perfect size for myself and husband, with our son, his wife and kids to have space, but feel together.

The place was awesome. A couple things they need to be on top of. Maintenance did not come out for 2 days to fix fan in master and it never worked right after that. Remote only control that never turned fan off/on. They don't put sheets on the bed, so leave time to do that yourself. A little sand still left on kitchen counter. Other than that, we would stay there again!

Everything went very well from booking to checkout. The unit was clean and well maintained. Minor issue with the upstairs getting very warm with the heat running but not a huge deal.

We enjoyed our stay at Ocean Townes One so much we will definitely return. The place was well maintained and clean. The linens and towels were clean and wrapped in sets. The location was ideal and the beach gear included was a great bonus. I especially liked the decor and furnishings. It was a very calm and peaceful place to stay. Garden City Realty was great to deal with. Any questions etc. they were on it right away. We had a great vacation and look forward to visiting again and using Garden City Realty. Thanks Pam!

This was a great townhouse for our family vacation. It was as described, well-stocked and clean. There was lots of storage, which came in handy. Each deck had beautiful views of the beach, and the location was convenient. My only tiny nitpick is there was no outdoor hose or shower to clean off the cooler/equipment.

The condo was beautiful. The location was the best. We all fell in love with the bottom porch with its swing and the top deck with its rocking chairs. The bottom porch turned into “the gathering place”. The view was amazing. Would highly recommend.

We had a great vacation here. One of the major pluses was that the beach is right out the back of the unit. The back balcony overlooks the beach and is shaded most of the day.

The house is beautiful! It is very clean and comfortable. Nicely updated home on the beach. It is the perfect location. We plan on staying here again. Check in was easy and quick. We had an amazing experience from start to finish. I 100% suggest renting this home and using Garden City Realty for your vacation rental needs.

Perfect Beach Getaway
Looking for a great location right on the beach? This townhome is perfect for your next vacation. The furniture was new and clean, and the decor was fresh and beach-y. We cooked breakfast each morning and loved sitting on the porch swing drinking coffee and watching the waves. Easy drives to the airport, Marsh Walk, and The Market Common. Beds were cozy and townhome was on a quiet street. We will be back!

We stayed in Ocean Townes Unit 1 the 3rd week of June. The unit was clean, well stocked with necessities for cooking, had a nice washer/dryer, lots of games/movies, and the location was PERFECT!! We were a very short distance to the pier, less than a 5 minute drive to the highway, and right on the beach!! The porch quickly became our favorite gathering spot. We had most of our meals at the table there. My mom especially enjoyed the porch swing every morning and night. The area was very family and kid/teenage friendly. We would DEFINITELY stay here again!
