The house was nice as always but. They have now put in hardwood floors all through the house and no vacuum cleaner or the broom that they had was horrible sand stayed in our house pretty much the whole time cause we couldn’t clean it good that’s really the only complaint and the bedroom furniture, the drawers fall out otherwise it was perfect

HIGHLY RECOMMEND renting this beach house! House was very clean, beds were very comfortable, full stocked kitchen. The house has two beach accesses (to the left and right at the top of the street) 2-3 minutes—walking. There is an outside shower and picnic table to enjoy when you get back from beach. Safe and quiet neighborhood. My family and I will definitely rent this house again!

The house was very nice and clean. Great access to the beach. We had 5 adults and the beds in one room are set up for children. One of our sons ended up sleeping on the couch which he said was more comfy than the bed. Other than that it was perfect for us. We rented a golf cart so we were able to zip around without getting in the cars. Would go back to stay there again. We were very pleased with Garden City Realty as well..

We stayed here during Mustang Week, and were very pleased with the location and house. We had ample parking and loved the covered porch the most. The bathrooms could've used a bit of extra cleaning, but nothing that would've kept me from staying here. Overall, very pleased.

This home was clean and relaxing all that you want in a vacation home! With plenty of room in this 3 bedroom home for everyone to have space! Also, it is located in an area that was close to everything you would want to do! or would need. Most of all the area felt safe to do or go or be all the time this peace of mind is 100 what you want in a vacation rental! We all had a blast!

First and foremost I’m a very picky person where I lay my head at night. I know the owner personally, and I assure you it’s clean and well maintained! Great location for whatever your niche is. Close to everything around and within walking distance. I would highly recommend this “GEM” to anyone looking for a vacation rental!!! I will be back.

Easy Tides was even better than we expected! We were looking for a peaceful, relaxing getaway and that is exactly what we got. We are already looking forward to returning someday. The house is beautifully decorated and highly functional for couples or families. It was conveniently located with a very short walk to the beach. We had a golf cart delivered by Ajax Rentals and they picked it up at the end of our trip. We used it to zip all over town and to make carrying our beach gear a little easier. The outdoor shower was a very nice amenity. We had both indoor showers and the outdoor one going at the same time and never lost water pressure. There is plenty of parking as well. We were worried about our full size pickup truck being too tall but there was plenty of clearance for it. The rocking chair front porch is perfect for relaxing and reading a book. You can catch a good nap in the hammock as well. We didn't do much cooking but it looked like the kitchen was well stocked with whatever you might need to prepare a meal. We enjoyed several area restaurants including Sara J's, Gulf Stream Café, River City Café, Sam's Corner, Paula Deen's, Crabby Mike's, Fat Jacks, and Pier 14. If you are looking for a very clean, conveniently located home for your next vacation, look no further than Easy Tides. Book it today, you will be glad you did!
