Make your summer vacation reservations between June 14–21 and receive:

$100 Visa® Gift Card with a weekly home rental
$50 Visa® Gift Card with a weekly condo rental

The gift card must be picked up in person by the reservation holder at the Garden City Realty office during regular business hours at any time throughout their stay.

*Garden City Realty is offering a Visa® Gift Card with qualifying new reservations booked between June 14–21, 2026. To qualify, reservations must be newly booked, and the required deposit must be paid at the time of booking. This offer is valid only for stays with arrival dates between June 14, 2026, and August 22, 2026. Qualifying guests will receive a Visa® Gift Card upon arrival. Gift cards will not be mailed and must be picked up in person by the reservation holder at the Garden City Realty office during regular business hours at any time throughout their stay. Gift card values are $100 for vacation homes and $50 for condominiums. Minimum stay requirements vary by property. While select properties may allow stays of 2–8 nights, most properties require a minimum 7-night stay during the promotional period. This promotion is not valid on existing reservations, monthly stays, or in combination with any other discounts, promotional offers, or coupons. Limit one Visa® Gift Card per reservation. No rain checks. Offer is subject to property availability and may be modified or discontinued without notice. Additional restrictions may apply.

To protect your vacation investment, Garden City Realty offers guests the opportunity to purchase Red Sky Travel Insurance. Although optional, travel insurance is highly recommended, and may be purchased anytime up until 30 days prior to your arrival. If your vacation is interrupted as a result of injury, sickness, death, mandatory evacuations or certain other perils beyond control, this program will cover non-refundable payments and other identified costs.
