For one day only—Monday, December 1, 2025—Garden City Realty is offering a Free Travel Insurance Special on new reservations. There are no blackout dates and no minimum night requirements. The discount applied to the rental rate will be equal to the approximate cost of the travel insurance premium. To qualify, reservations must be booked and the deposit paid on December 1, 2025, and guests must opt in to purchase travel insurance through Red Sky. Guests must also enter the promo code announced on Cyber Monday at the time of booking. This offer cannot be applied to existing reservations, monthly stays, or combined with other discounts or coupons.
