Top of The World: A Carpenters Tribute featuring Debbie Taylor

Yes, the group that continues to sell out here at The Carolina Opry Theater is back with a new show: Top of The World: A Carpenters Tribute featuring Debbie Taylor. This exciting one-night-only event is expected to sell out, so book your favorite seats now!

The incomparable Carpenters gave us some of the most unforgettable ballads and melodic pop songs of all time, including “Close to You,” “We’ve Only Just Begun,” “Rainy Days and Mondays,” and “Yesterday Once More.” Enjoy a nostalgic journey through the Carpenters' greatest hits.

Top of the World is the world’s premiere tribute to The Carpenters! Fronted by singer Debbie Taylor, the vocal resemblance to Karen Carpenter is astonishing. She is backed by a seven-piece band of top-notch, professional industry musicians who have had outstanding careers in their own right.

The band members are all multi-instrumentalists and, at times, use three keyboards to recreate Richard Carpenter's incredibly complex arrangements. Their attention to detail, paired with saxophone, trumpet, flute, and many more instruments, complete every song perfectly.
