Trey moved to the Grand Strand area in early 2022 and joined Garden City Realty's housekeeping team as a Cleaning Inspector in June. In September, he was promoted to Housekeeping Supervisor.

Originally from Clemmons, NC, Trey graduated from Florida State University, where he majored in Psychology and minored in Business. He is a member of the Delta Chi fraternity and a fundraiser for the Jimmy V Foundation, which awards donations to cancer research and programs.

When not overseeing his Garden City Realty team of cleaners and inspectors, Trey enjoys playing putt-putt golf and video games, traveling, going out to eat, and spending time with his girlfriend.
