In 2015, Tim and his wife, Megan, moved to South Carolina from Manassas, Virginia, and settled in the Grand Strand area. He joined Garden City Realty's maintenance team in 2017 and was named Lead Maintenance Technician in 2019. In 2021 he was promoted to Maintenance Manager. 

A graduate of George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia, Tim received a Bachelor of Science degree in public administration. Tim has a passion for languages. In his free time, he enjoys studying and perfecting fluency in the German language while expanding his knowledge into other European languages, including Spanish, French, Irish, and Dutch.
