Ricky joined Garden City Realty in the Maintenance department in 2021 and was promoted to Co-Laundry Manager in 2023. For more than 15 years, Ricky was a dedicated member of Facilities Management at Eastern Kentucky University. During that time, he acquired a wealth of knowledge in general maintenance disciplines while specializing in plumbing and HVAC. 

Born and raised in Kentucky, Ricky, his wife Jody, and three children moved to the Garden City area in July 2021. Like many residents who call the Grand Stand area home, Ricky and his family vacationed on these shores for many years before finally making the decision to relocate permanently. “We’ve enjoyed this area for years, and it’s always felt like home to us."

Ricky enjoys fishing, searching for antiques, and collecting pocket knives in his free time.
