So thankful for Pam at Garden City Realty. She was so kind and helpful in getting us a place on very short notice. It was a very sad time for our family to be back down as my father-in-law passed unexpectedly. Pam was right there to get the thing taken care of and make sure everything was in order when we arrived. She went above and beyond to make things easier for us. The property was very clean, quiet, and cozy.

I can't say enough about the level of service provided by Pam. With the Covid-19 travel restrictions, we were forced to cancel our trip not once, but twice. Pam was incredibly professional, courteous, and helpful each time our situation changed. We've been happy customers for the past 15 years, and Garden City has always been great to work with due to colleagues such as Pam. We look forward to coming back next year!

We have booked with GCR quite a few times in the past, always a good experience. This year was different but in an even more positive way! I booked a house in January before COVID. I live in upstate NY and work in healthcare so it became very apparent that my family may not be able to keep our reservations due to NY's travel ban. I was very happily surprised when I learned we would still fall under the GCR cancellation guarantee. I have spoken with both Pam and Lauren a couple of times. They are both FABULOUS!!! Super helpful and positive, never pushy. They have helped me make the best decision in regards to my trip! Unfortunately, my family is unable to travel this year... however, thanks to Pam and Lauren we will definitely book again with GCR. Thank you both so much for being kind, caring, and super helpful to me while I made my decisions. I appreciate you both and will hopefully call to make a new booking when COVID is clear. I cannot recommend Garden City Realty enough. They are customer-focused and go WAAAAY beyond to keep the customer happy. We've used them for many years and never been disappointed. AC went out in one home and was fixed the same day. The Internet died, was fixed the same day. We left behind a piece of large luggage in one of the rooms, they went to the house as it was being cleaned for the next renter and got the luggage, locked it up until we could get it. This year (2020), Pam delivered exceptional customer service, keeping calm and kind as she worked to reschedule our family beach week. She's been working with tired, worried customers during COVID-19 and handling it with grace and compassion. Will never rent from another agency! Five stars are not enough to rate them!!!

I inadvertently went in and reserved a place online because it was the weekend and we were desperate to find a place and we’re afraid to wait until Monday. This was our 4th visit to Madame Butterfly, we absolutely love this cottage! It's always clean and is so well equipped you only need to bring your clothes and food. Decks front and back! Pam at Garden City is an absolute dream to work with. Other than Ian roaring into town, I have only good things to say, we can't wait to come back next year!

We love this place. It's older, and some would say dated, but comfortable, clean, and roomy. It's very peaceful in that area in October. We mentioned the poor condition of the window blinds last year and sure enough they were all new this year. If anything we would appreciate firmer mattresses on the main floor. The owners obviously care about the home. We are grateful it survived the storm. We hope to stay there again. MANY THANKS to PAM MCCAULEY at Garden City Realty! She stayed in touch after Hurricane Ian and called us as soon as the house was cleared for rental. This is our third experience with her and we have come to regard her as a friend. It's nice to have a familiar voice and face when planning our beach vacation. I am in customer service as well, and people like Pam are the reason you are BEST of The Beach.

Everyone was wonderful. Ended up having to take our little dachshund (other plans fell through). Pam was so helpful getting everything fixed we could bring him. Finn, she said I have a Finn also. So Finn went to meet Pam. It was the best vacation. Only thing any better would be a covered. Covered that to set up a tent on the dock. Thanks, Garden City Realty once again.

Pam was very helpful. She answered all my questions and promptly sent an email with the details so that I could pass it on to my husband. She encouraged me to put the rental on hold while my husband and I made the decision. When I called her back to finalize the dates she was thorough and clear about what was expected for payments, insurance etc.
