Originally from York County, South Carolina, Brad has been a Grand Strand area native since 1979. He joined the Garden City Realty maintenance team in October 2023.

Brad has two adult step-children and a tuxedo cat named Luna. When not at the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife and his octogenarian mother, as well as fishing.

Brad joined the Garden City Realty maintenance team to meet new people and learn new skills. He strives to become a knowledgeable and reliable maintenance technician for the team.

Adam and Brad came out quickly to fix a couple of items for us. They were friendly and helpful while taking care of the problem. We appreciate it very much.
