Robin Richardson is proud to call herself a true local. Raised in Myrtle Beach, she has watched it grow from a sleepy beach town to the number one vacation destination. It's also a wonderful place to live, work, raise a family, and retire.

After retiring from American Airlines as a flight attendant, Robin decided to share the dream of owning a piece of the Grand Strand with others. "My knowledge and experience living here all my life gives me great pride in sharing with my clients - how to make my home their home."

Tamara Moore, a native South Carolinian, was raised in a rural area of Williamsburg County on the scenic Black River. Growing up in this area, she developed and nurtured a love for simple country living. 

A mother of three, Tamara dedicated 20 years to helping her husband grow his Georgetown County business in the timber industry. Then, in 2022, after finding their perfect Garden City beach home, Tamara decided she wanted to help others find their dream property, too - from coast to country.
