Cal is a native of the South Carolina Coast. His family moved to the shore in 1924 and his grandfather served as the first Mayor of Myrtle Beach in 1938. As a South Carolinian who has lived in the Midlands, Upstate and along the Coast, Cal appreciates everything South Carolina has to offer. He and his wife, Julie, have one son, who has taken to his Dad's love of hunting, fishing, and taking time to notice the small things in life and in the woods.
Harrelson knows success in selling real estate boils down to two things; pricing and marketing. In summary, Cal's professional experience is broad-ranging and includes; regional and national marketing and business development for upscale real estate projects, real estate investment, and second-homes sales, building tourism trade for resort communities, strengthening public identities and posture, building new business for financial institutions, increasing customer traffic for retail establishments, building off-season trade and membership participation for non-profit groups and giving his personal time for the betterment of his community. Simply put, all of this makes Cal a more effective Realtor, working every day for you.

Good morning Cal! It was so nice to meet you on Saturday and you were terrific to work with, especially meeting us twice! Thank you again for being so accommodating! It was great to put a person with the face on the cards we receive!
There’s nobody else to choose. You’re the best, Cal. I had several Realtors who are also acquaintances that were all over me about the house and the lot. I told them no, I’m not even thinking about it. I know the pro.
While I knew Cal was a seasoned and very successful agent, I was also touched by his compassion and his sincere desire to deliver outstanding service. He exhibited patience and a wealth of knowledge about the market he serves and always answered my calls in a very timely manner. He proved to me, in short order, that my business mattered to him and he worked diligently to earn it. Cal has a positive and uplifting attitude that no doubt serves him well in effectively communicating with his clients. Garden City Realty is fortunate to have such a terrific agent representing their buyers and sellers in one of the most important transactions that they may have in their lifetime. I would highly recommend him to anyone considering buying or selling real estate because he is not only a great agent but a great person
