Loved the location!!! My family loved the ocean and the beach! We also loved the feel of this house. It reminded me of trips to the beach years ago, and I wasn't concerned about the kids messing something up. The layout of the house is great! Loved the 2 porches! The kitchen is a little small. The house does need maintenance and repairs. I'm assuming some damage was caused by Hurricane Matthew in 2016 and of course, there is normal wear and tear apparent. I appreciate this reasonably priced house being available for families that can't afford the pricier oceanfront houses!

We had a very enjoyable stay at the Peddlers Patch.
The pictures made the house look better than it really was.Every time we used the blow dryer in the yellow bathroom it blew the breaker. The kitchen was small, only one person could cook, but we were on vacation who wants to cook any way.
