Sea Master 306 is a two-bedroom, two-bath oceanfront condo located 0.7 miles north of the Garden City Pier. This unit is furnished with a fully-equipped electric kitchen complete with a self-cleaning oven, frost-free refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher and microwave, furnished private oceanfront balcony, central heat and air conditioning, and ceiling fans. Three TVs (one flat screen with built-in DVD player and one color TV – both with cable, one color TV– without cable), three DVD players (one built-in), and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include one king and two twin-sized beds, plus a queen sofa bed. Common area includes swimming pool, two elevators, and coin-operated laundry room per floor. No trailers or golf carts. No smoking. No pets. Check-out maid service and linen included. Maximum Occupancy: 6

Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other attractions include Marlin Quay Marina, Gulf Stream Cafe, Original Sam's Corner, and Sara J's Seafood Restaurant.

Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrells Inlet, a seaside community that is considered to be the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina", but is also home to some of the nation's best golf courses. Once primarily a fishing village, the town is best known for the Murrells Inlet MarshWalk, a half-mile long boardwalk overlooking a pristine salt marsh, and the many award-winning seafood and barbecue restaurants along Highway 17 Business in the central business district.

Brookgreen Gardens, a sculpture garden and wildlife preserve built on four former rice plantations, is located slightly south of Murrells Inlet. It features several themed gardens with American figurative sculptures placed in them, trails through several nature reserve ecosystems and the Lowcountry Zoo.

If you're looking for places to shop, Inlet Square Mall, The Market Common, Coastal Grand, Myrtle Beach Mall, Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, two Tanger shopping outlets, countless strip-malls, and many more shopping facilities are all within an easy drive from Garden City Beach. Looking for some entertainment, take in a show at Alabama Theater, Medieval Times, The Carolina Opry, Pirates Voyage, and Legends in Concert. And don't forget about Ripley's Aquarium, Alligator Adventure, Hard Rock Cafe, Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville, and The Pavilion Nostalgia Park.

Other points of interest close by include the waterfront community of Georgetown, the third oldest city in South Carolina and second largest seaport in South Carolina, and historic Conway with its downtown Riverwalk area nestled on the banks of the Waccamaw River. Both towns include fine dining, shopping, and historic sites.

Surfside Beach, Garden City Beach and Murrells Inlet are all close to Waccamaw Hospital and several urgent care facilities.

The condo was very clean and very nice looking. I had to arrange the kitchen because it was terribly unorganized. EX: sharp knives were mixed in with other cutlery making it dangerous to reach in.

We have rented this condo once before and had such a great time we came again. The condo is in wonderful shape and is decorated so well for the beach. It had all the amenities of home plus some. The balcony and the perfect view are worth every penny. We only had one small issue and it was resolved very promptly. This place is just a few minutes from the main road that leads to everything. All the fun things to do like broadway at the beach and the skywheel are within a short drive away. Plenty of souvenir shopping and lots of places to eat. The surfside diner down the beach has the best waffles in town, do not miss them. The beach is wonderful to play on and collect shells, usually busy but theres always room for one more beach chair. The pool is very nice and well maintained. All in all I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for the perfect beach vacation.

Sea master 306 was perfect because the ocean views from the bedroom, living room, and dining room were amazing. We felt like we were still on the beach even while in the room. The pool was great because it wasn't too hot. We loved the ease of elevator access but the elevators seemed to be in a little need of updating because two different elevators got stuck either open or closed on two different occasions making them out of order for a short time. Perfect location and close proximity to tons of things to do and 10 mins at most from walmart. The master bed was very comfortable unlike most rentals and was amazing that the ocean was right outside our door and window. Perfect for sleeping with the window open to hear the ocean. A little confusing when we first pulled in the parking lot because there were no sign indications of what the room numbers were but it didn't take long to walk and find our room. Parking lot is a little small but not even worth complaining about. Overall this unit was perfect in all aspects for a family of 5. We will most definitely come back for years to come and highly recommend this unit. Garden City reality is also super close to the rental unit at less than 5 mins away and was a quick stop on the way to pick up and drop off keys. We didn't have to go out of the way to pick up our room keys. Air conditioning was great and overall the unit felt like home right on the beach. Not sure if it was a positive or a negative but people set off fireworks every night all the way up until midnight or later usually right in front of the condo.
