2017 Notice: One of our most recent three-bedroom additions here at Surf Master, 202 has been renovated over the last few years to include granite countertops, ceramic tile floors, a beautiful master shower, updated bedding, and flat screen TVs.

Surf Master by the Sea 202 is a three-bedroom, three-bath oceanfront condo located 1.2 miles north of the Garden City Pier. This condo features a fully-equipped electric kitchen complete with dishwasher and microwave, washer, dryer, and central heat and air conditioning, and private oceanfront balcony. Four color TVs (cable), DVD player, and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include one king, two queen, and one twin over twin bunk bed. Common area features two elevators in both towers, two oceanfront swimming pools and hot tubs, ample parking, (some covered) 7-foot clearance. Parking spaces are limited and availability is based on the size of each unit. One bedroom units are assigned one space; two and three bedroom units are assigned two spaces. Vehicles not displaying a parking pass on the rear view mirror or in a prominent area on the dash board are subject to immediate towing per the Surf Master HOA. Additional parking passes are not available for other guests or visitors of guests. This unit is located in the north building. No smoking. No pets. No golf carts allowed. Check-out maid service included. Linens included. Maximum occupancy: 8

Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other attractions include Marlin Quay Marina, Gulf Stream Cafe, Original Sam's Corner, and Sara J's Seafood Restaurant.

Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrells Inlet, a seaside community that is considered the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina", but is also home to some of the nation's best golf courses. Once primarily a fishing village, the town is best known for the Murrells Inlet MarshWalk, a half-mile long boardwalk overlooking a pristine salt marsh, and the many award-winning seafood and barbecue restaurants along Highway 17 Business in the central business district.

Brookgreen Gardens, a sculpture garden and wildlife preserve built on four former rice plantations, is located slightly south of Murrells Inlet. It features several themed gardens with American figurative sculptures placed in them, trails through several nature reserve ecosystems and the Lowcountry Zoo.

If you're looking for places to shop, Inlet Square Mall, The Market Common, Coastal Grand, Myrtle Beach Mall, Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, two Tanger shopping outlets, countless strip-malls, and many more shopping facilities are all within an easy drive from Garden City Beach. Looking for some entertainment, take in a show at Alabama Theater, Medieval Times, The Carolina Opry, Pirates Voyage, and Legends in Concert. And don't forget about Ripley's Aquarium, Alligator Adventure, Hard Rock Cafe, Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville, and The Pavilion Nostalgia Park.

Other points of interest close by include the waterfront community of Georgetown, the third oldest city in South Carolina and second largest seaport in South Carolina, and historic Conway with its downtown Riverwalk area nestled on the banks of the Waccamaw River. Both towns include fine dining, shopping, and historic sites.
Surfside Beach, Garden City Beach and Murrells Inlet are all close to Waccamaw Hospital and several urgent care facilities.

Whatever your desire, whatever your need, the south strand offers a little something on everyone's to-do list. We have a variety of restaurants, retail stores, miniature golf, entertainment venues, charter fishing, water sports... and of course, nothing but relaxation.

very nicely renovated condo, made for an enjoyable stay. one thing I would suggest is you list how well equipped the kitchen is, what I mean is we have stayed in several different condos in surfmaster over the last 16 years and yours is the best equipped in both assortment of cookware backeware as well as all necessary ladles spatulas etc... and quality just awesome.
reason I say to note it in the description is because we have stayed in many other condos there that aren't equipped at all and we have taken to bringing a large storage box containing the above listed items which I could have left at home this year. this is not a criticism just may help others who rent to know they don't need to bring their kitchen with them when they stay in your condo again just awesome.

only one small criticism and it will probably be fixed over the winter as part of any maintenance you do, the slider from the bedroom to porch is in desperate need of roller oiling or repair didn't use it because it was so hard to open or close, not a biggie just don't know if you are aware.

we didn't bother saying anything to GC realty cuz the living room slider worked fine and I figured it was something you do over the off season.

overall fantastic place to spend time at the beach, highly recommend to anyone looking for a well maintained comfortable relaxing place to spend a vacation.

Oh and how could I not mention the master bedroom shower!!!! simply amazing, considered just spending my vaca in there lol, gotta be the best showeer in surfmaster. that was money well spent! Just outstanding!!!

Overall was an awesome vacation.
2 issues door from master to balcony stuck shut, being handy I took care of that one. Air conditioner froze up but they had someone there very quickly to fix.
Cleanliness was decent but master bath needed more attention hair stuck to walls and shower and something that appeared to be blood on the door trim quarter size. yuck.
Up to date condo only suggestion add a recliner.
We have stayed at Surf Master many times and plan on being back, I hope cleaning improves.
