Atalaya Towers 703 is a well-maintained three-bedroom, two-bath condo at this concrete-and-steel oceanfront complex located 0.5 miles north of the Garden City Pier. This unit features private oceanfront balcony adjacent to the master bedroom and living area, a fully-equipped kitchen complete with microwave and dishwasher, washer, dryer, and central heat and air conditioning. Four flat-screen TVs (cable), Wi-Fi, and a telephone is also provided. Sleeping accommodations include one king, one queen, and two twin-sized beds, plus a queen sofa bed. Amenities include an enclosed swimming pool (heated in the winter), hot tub, outdoor swimming pool and elevators. Limit two parking passes per unit. One car-sized trailer is permitted if parked across the street from complex and will be counted as one of the two parking passes. Ask for the internet password when picking up pool & parking passes. Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other attractions include Marlin Quay Marina, Gulf Stream Cafe, Original Sam's Corner, and Sara J's Seafood Restaurant.
Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrells Inlet, a seaside community that is considered to be the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina", but is also home to some of the nation's best golf courses. Once primarily a fishing village, the town is best known for the Murrells Inlet MarshWalk, a half-mile long boardwalk overlooking a pristine salt marsh, and the many award-winning seafood and barbecue restaurants along Highway 17 Business in the central business district.
Brookgreen Gardens, a sculpture garden and wildlife preserve built on four former rice plantations, is located slightly south of Murrells Inlet. It features several themed gardens with American figurative sculptures placed in them, trails through several nature reserve ecosystems and the Lowcountry Zoo.
If you're looking for places to shop, Inlet Square Mall, The Market Common, Coastal Grand, Myrtle Beach Mall, Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, two Tanger shopping outlets, countless strip-malls, and many more shopping facilities are all within an easy drive from Garden City Beach. Looking for some entertainment, take in a show at Alabama Theater, Medieval Times, The Carolina Opry, Pirates Voyage, and Legends in Concert. And don't forget about Ripley's Aquarium, Alligator Adventure, Hard Rock Cafe, Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville, and The Pavilion Nostalgia Park.
Other points of interest close by include the waterfront community of Georgetown, the third oldest city in South Carolina and second largest seaport in South Carolina, and historic Conway with its downtown Riverwalk area nestled on the banks of the Waccamaw River. Both towns include fine dining, shopping, and historic sites.
Surfside Beach, Garden City Beach and Murrells Inlet are all close to Waccamaw Hospital and several urgent care facilities.

I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed the condo we stayed in for 2 days. We had to evacuate by Tuesday at 12:00. The condo was clean, well taken care of and everything was perfect for our Ladies Week vacation. I would not hesitate to book the condo 703 at Atalya Towers again. I just wish that there were some way to recoup the loss of those days. Lesson learned, even if you know you aren't going to cancel your vacation, take the insurance. We had no idea it was hurricane season.

Apartment was clean and directly on the beach great place to be. Our one issue is our key to not work properly, the top lock did not work at all from the outside we called for maintenance three times and we even had to call maintenance and let us in one time when we could not get in to the condo. No one ever fix the locks the 2 weeks we were there. there were many when we had to leave the doors unlocked and we're we're afraid that somebody would come in take our belongings

This condo was very clean and comfortable. I was pleased with how well stocked the kitchen was with dishes and cook ware. The view was amazing! A couple negatives which in no way reflects on the owners or Garden City Realty was that it was hard to enjoy our balcony due to smoker's under and around us. Also, children in the condo above us seemed to run all hours of the night. But, these are the things you face in close proximity to others. I appreciate that the condo was stocked with some cleaning basics and hand soap. We had a small issue with our linens but it was corrected quickly and politely by Garden City staff.
