This is my 4th time staying here and hope to come again next year. It is spacious and the outdoor balcony/patio space cannot be beat. We were lulled to sleep by the sound of the surf and never tired of watching the waves and taking long walks on the beach. Their is a seafood restaurant within walking distance which is great when no one feels like driving. I highly recommend Penthouse D.

Our family of 8 from all over the US came to the beach and loved every minute of it. The house is very well appointed and everyone had their own room and space. We were even able to work remotely for a few days easily. Beautiful sunsets, lots of privacy, and worth every penny. We will be back.

We had rented the same property for several years and as always had an excellent time. The location is great, close enough to everywhere we wanted to go. We dined locally and visited the Kroger food store often. I would recommend it to anyone who wanted a clean and quiet home.

Very nice, clean, comfy condo! Beds comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Nice beach scene artwork too! And our Doggy was welcome. The porch was great but not in the rain! Condo was great!!
Parking a little difficult. Horry Co does not allow Shimbumis so we had to rent umbrellas which was disappointing.

Overall, exactly what we had hoped for to relax for a few days. The house needs a touch of fine tuning but nothing serious. A very spacious place that's quiet, close enough to local restaurants and other points of interest. We will consider staying here again if available through the courteous people at Garden City Realty ��

The house was great, very well decorated. Beautiful view. The pool was great. On the down side, the dishwasher was not working when we checked in, was repaired on Thursday afternoon.
