Terri joined the Owner Services department in September 2023. As a Licensed Property Manager, she is committed to fostering both professional and personal growth by surrounding herself with a supportive and inspiring team. Terri is proud to have found that environment at Garden City Realty.

Originally from Charlotte, NC, Terri has lived all over the country. In 2017, she settled in the Myrtle Beach area to enjoy the Carolinas' coastal lifestyle. Terri is a Coast Guard Veteran and Quilt of Valor recipient from the Quilt of Valor Foundation. A Quilt of Valor is a handmade quilt awarded to service members or veterans touched by war.

In her free time, she enjoys photography, reading historical fiction, and fiber arts such as sewing, cross-stitching, and crocheting. She is also a hiking enthusiast and has reached the summit of Mount St. Helens - one of her proudest moments.
