Brad is a Certified Property Manager with over two decades of experience in the vacation rental industry, having started his career in 1999. He currently serves as the Director of Operations for both Garden City Realty and Garden City Services, where he oversees day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.

Brad was born and raised in Myrtle Beach, where he lives with his wife, Anna, and their two daughters. He is a member of the Surfside United Methodist Church, an adult Sunday school teacher, and a member of the Surfside Methodist Men's Club. Brad enjoys hunting, fishing, golfing, football, and spending time with friends and family in his spare time.
