We spent 2 weeks at Sea Master 208 with our daughters family in 308 right above us. It was a great 2 weeks.

Condo was perfect for us! Super clean, loved having a bath with each bedroom! Comfy furniture and brand new kitchen. Best of all was awesome location. Close to anything we wanted. The balcony with palm trees giving shade made us feel like we were on a tropical island! We will be back!

The condo was excellent with everything we needed except a blender. Also drapes should be put in the bedroom over looking the pool because the lights are bright at night. We loved our stay.

We had a great 5 days staying there. The room was great. And the view from the balcony was perfect. We are planning on coming back. And plan on using Garden City Reality again. Thank you all for a good time.

Everything was perfect! Great view from balcony and loved waking up to the sound of the ocean. The kids had a blast at the pool. The condo was amazing and clean. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

We have stated in several different condos at the sea master for the last 20+ years and enjoyed our stay. I would like to mention a couple things. We notice several maintenance items that should be addressed before they get too bad. Also, the stove and refrigerator were outdated and need replaced. We did notice that the deck had several loose vertical rales that should be repaired.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sea Master 208. The rooms were spacious and clean. It could use some updates. The stove is pretty old and took a long time for the burners to heat up. Beds were comfortable. Lighting could be brighter in rooms. But the one thing that I was very disappointed in was the outdoor furniture. It was old and dirty. We didn't even sit on the chairs; we used our beach chairs. If I was the owner I would really consider getting new furniture. Possibly a high top table and chairs to enjoy that beautiful view. One of the main reasons we stayed there was the view and location to pool and beach. Very convenient!

First time staying at Myrtle Beach, I was very happy with the condo we stayed in, location over looking the ocean and the pool was excellent.

we had a great time as we always do condo could definitely use some updating. We checked out some others while there and its amazing what u can do with the same also was a lot of little stuff like shower knobs that spun around cracked toilet seats, I have to say maintenance came very quickly.overall ok but could be so much more
Wish they would spray more often for roaches on the outside stairs.

This was our second year staying in Sea Master 208. The unit is spacious and comfortable. The convenient access to the beach and the pool is fantastic. There are plenty of eateries within close proximity.

We had a wonderful stay in Sea Master 208. The unit was very clean and comfortable. The decor is a little outdated (specifically the wallpaper in the bathrooms), but everything in the unit worked and worked well. The location is fantastic and the views are amazing. We were thrilled that the beach wasn't too crowded and it was quite family oriented. One suggestion I would offer to the Sea Master is to clearly identify a place for guests to drop their recycling. We will be back!

Garden City Realty is the best. Our condo, Unit 208 at Sea Master, was a great location, wonderful views. We stayed in unit 114 last year and have to say, this unit did not measure up as far as condition. The unit was NOT horrible, but is in desperate need for some updating. That being said, everything worked fine, but there was peeling wallpaper in bathroom, the bathtub water fixture (in the waterfront bedroom/bathroom) is backwards, turn right for hot and left for cold instead of how it's labled. Carpet was "clean" ie: had been vacuumed, but carpet is stained, old and just looks nasty. Overall, scale of 1-10 for condition of condo I would say a 6, but overall vacation experience was a definite 9 :)Beds were comfortable, good water pressure, stove is OLD but works well. My mom and my two teenage girls were disappointed in not having TV's in their rooms (114 had tv's in all rooms last year), but we stayed busy enough for it to not be a big issue. Will definitely rent from Garden City Realty again and will definitely stay at Sea Master again.
to the light switch). Other than these minor issues, it was a great was great to have 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Loved Garden City and the area.

The location and convenience to the beach was great. I have been going to Myrtle Beach for the past 11 years. The condo has a great layout, but could stand an update on carpeting and paint. Each bedroom had outlets that did not work (not the ones connected
