Unit needs updated and some repairs.

We have stayed at Sea Cloisters I multiple times. It has the best pool in the area. The entire complex is always well maintained. Our particular condo could use some updating, however it is also nice that it is never reserved too far in advance and we can usually get it. The hurricane cleanup equipment and piping distracted the view, but it is understandable.

Great experience with Garden City Realty, we stay in Surfside all the time but have never used them. Sea Cloisters I has a nice sized pool and is always well kept up. We have stayed there many times and will continue to. This was not my favorite condo there, though. It is dated and the furniture is as well. Loved the 3rd floor. I have always swept my condo several times during our stay, this one did not have a sweeper on hand and it really should. All in all, we would stay there again.
Pros: oceanfront with beautiful view, nice pool, spacious bedrooms and closets, quiet and friendly tenants, new appliances, beach is not crowded, landscaping is well maintained, parking is smooth, Wi-Fi, the mattress was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on! It was surprisingly clean in the unit, plenty of kitchen utensils.
Cons: It is dated, the couch is worn, the lights are dim, the den and kitchen are small, the front door is unsightly rusted, no loungers or chairs at the pool, TV's in bedrooms are small, stairs and corridors are outdated, needs better patio furniture including a table (cheap $5 chairs on patio), noted the general age of the place.
We only had 4 people in the unit and it was PERFECT for us. However, if we had the maximum of 8 people, it would have been miserable. Keep this in mind when comparing. Garden City Realty was very helpful in booking and checking in.

It is an older unit, but overall, it is a good value for the price. Here is the pros and cons so you can make a fully informed decision.

We were so pleased with our stay at Sea Clositers. The condo was great for our family of 6 (plus a baby), and so convenient. It was quiet, surfside beach is family friendly, and we enjoyed many mornings on the balcony drinking coffee and enjoying the view. The condo furniture was a little old, but it was clean and comfortable. We would definitely recommend staying here!

We have rented from Garden City and Sea Cloisters for the past 5 or so years. The employees are always very helpful. This is the 2nd year for 303A. While it was clean and ready for our use, there were some issues. Ants in the kitchen and bathroom, the deadbolt didn't work, a hole in the master bathroom wall, the toilet seat slightly broken in the other bathroom. Also feel that as a whole, this condo needs some updating. Entirely too blue, carpet getting old. I do like Sea Cloisters but will probably look for a different unit next year.

overall i thought the property had an awesome location awesome view, i did feel that the interior being a little older which is fine could have been just a little cleaner as we did have see a roach or two. Now not being naive i know the amount of people in the summer etc can;t be perfect.

Great oceanfront condo, interior decor is a little worn and dated, everything worked well except the washer it was very slow.
