South Wind 2.0 is a three-bedroom, two-bath house located 0.3 miles south of Garden City Pier - a short walk to the beach. This home features a fully-equipped kitchen complete with microwave and dishwasher, as well as a washer, dryer, mini-splits heating and air conditioning, and ceiling fans throughout. Four TVs and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include three queen, one double, and one twin-sized bed. The outdoor living space features a fenced-in backyard with a private swimming pool, pool furniture, two furnished covered decks, outdoor shower, and ample parking (some covered). No smoking. Dog-friendly. Limit two dogs - 70-pound maximum weight limit if bringing one dog, 50-pound maximum weight limit per dog if bringing two. Please see the office for pet policy. Maximum occupancy: 9

Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other points of interest include Marlin Quay Marina and its surrounding restaurants, such as Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, Gulfstream Café, and Original Sam's Corner.

Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrells Inlet, a seaside community considered the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina" and home to some of the nation's best golf courses. Once primarily a fishing village, the town is best known for the Murrells Inlet MarshWalk, a half-mile-long boardwalk overlooking a pristine salt marsh, and the many award-winning restaurants along Highway 17 Business in the central business district.
