Jolly Mon II is a six-bedroom, five-bath 4,000-square-foot ocean-view home located in Long Bay Estates, between Myrtle Beach and Surfside Beach. This property features a fully-equipped kitchen complete with granite counters and stainless steel appliances including microwave and dishwasher, as well as a washer, dryer, fireplace, central heat and air conditioning, ceiling fans, carpeted, ceramic tile and hardwood floors. Seven color TVs (cable), seven DVD players, stereo, and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include one king, five queen, and two double-sized beds, one twin-over-twin bunk bed set, plus a sofa bed. A playpen and high chair are also available for infants or toddlers. The outdoor living space features a private 14-by-29-foot swimming pool can be heated October to April and a conversation pool. Large pool side deck and screened porch, picnic table, charcoal grill and backyard play area. No pets. Check-out maid service included. Linens included. Maximum occupancy: 20

Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other attractions include Marlin Quay Marina, Gulf Stream Cafe, Original Sam's Corner, and Sara J's Seafood Restaurant.

Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrells Inlet, a seaside community that is considered to be the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina", but is also home to some of the nation's best golf courses. Once primarily a fishing village, the town is best known for the Murrells Inlet MarshWalk, a half-mile long boardwalk overlooking a pristine salt marsh, and the many award-winning seafood and barbecue restaurants along Highway 17 Business in the central business district.

Brookgreen Gardens, a sculpture garden and wildlife preserve built on four former rice plantations, is located slightly south of Murrells Inlet. It features several themed gardens with American figurative sculptures placed in them, trails through several nature reserve ecosystems and the Lowcountry Zoo.

If you're looking for places to shop, Inlet Square Mall, The Market Common, Coastal Grand, Myrtle Beach Mall, Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, two Tanger shopping outlets, countless strip-malls, and many more shopping facilities are all within an easy drive from Garden City Beach. Looking for some entertainment, take in a show at Alabama Theater, Medieval Times, The Carolina Opry, Pirates Voyage, and Legends in Concert. And don't forget about Ripley's Aquarium, Alligator Adventure, Hard Rock Cafe, Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville, and The Pavilion Nostalgia Park.

Other points of interest close by include the waterfront community of Georgetown, the third oldest city in South Carolina and second largest seaport in South Carolina, and historic Conway with its downtown Riverwalk area nestled on the banks of the Waccamaw River. Both towns include fine dining, shopping, and historic sites.

Surfside Beach, Garden City Beach and Murrells Inlet are all close to Waccamaw Hospital and several urgent care facilities.

The property is in a wonderful location: close to everything needed, private, quiet, beach access superb, and the beach is a great beach for children. The pool was an excellent addition for our vacation; we'll never rent a house again without one. Living area and dining area were exceptional. Garden City realty was good to work with, and it was a plus having linens and towels provided. House was in pretty good repair with exception of a few things we mentioned at check out. Couple of the beds need new mattresses. It turned out to be a wonderful house for us to be in w/ 10 adults and 8 children, ages 8 mos to 12.

Inside of house was clean. Could use updates such as living room furniture. One bed unusable because of broken box spring. Screened porch needed cleaned. The pool was not cleaned until early in the week. Several of the pool chairs broken. Maintenence was prompt when called.

We stayed the last week of July. The weather was hot and beautiful. Not a drop of rain. Across the street was the beach and in the backyard the pool and hot tub. It was the ideal vacation!
