Horizon East 301 is a three-bedroom, three-bath oceanfront condo located 0.6 miles north of Garden City Pier. This condo features a fully-equipped kitchen complete with granite counters, dishwasher and microwave, laminate hardwood flooring, washer, dryer, central heat and air conditioning, and ceiling fans. The living room features modern furniture and a furnished private oceanfront balcony. Four color TVs (cable), DVD player, CD player, telephone and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include three king-sized beds. Common area includes a swimming pool, gazebo, grills and two elevators. No trailers. No smoking. No pets. No Golf Cart Allowed. Limit one parking pass per unit at check-in. Check-out maid service included. Linens not included. Complete linen and bath package is available for $90, sheets and pillowcases only available for $45. Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other attractions include Marlin Quay Marina, Gulf Stream Cafe, Original Sam's Corner, and Sara J's Seafood Restaurant.
Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrells Inlet, a seaside community that is considered to be the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina", but is also home to some of the nation's best golf courses. Once primarily a fishing village, the town is best known for the Murrells Inlet MarshWalk, a half-mile long boardwalk overlooking a pristine salt marsh, and the many award-winning seafood and barbecue restaurants along Highway 17 Business in the central business district.
Brookgreen Gardens, a sculpture garden and wildlife preserve built on four former rice plantations, is located slightly south of Murrells Inlet. It features several themed gardens with American figurative sculptures placed in them, trails through several nature reserve ecosystems and the Lowcountry Zoo.
If you're looking for places to shop, Inlet Square Mall, The Market Common, Coastal Grand, Myrtle Beach Mall, Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, two Tanger shopping outlets, countless strip-malls, and many more shopping facilities are all within an easy drive from Garden City Beach. Looking for some entertainment, take in a show at Alabama Theater, Medieval Times, The Carolina Opry, Pirates Voyage, and Legends in Concert. And don't forget about Ripley's Aquarium, Alligator Adventure, Hard Rock Cafe, Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville, and The Pavilion Nostalgia Park.
Other points of interest close by include the waterfront community of Georgetown, the third oldest city in South Carolina and second largest seaport in South Carolina, and historic Conway with its downtown Riverwalk area nestled on the banks of the Waccamaw River. Both towns include fine dining, shopping, and historic sites.
Surfside Beach, Garden City Beach and Murrells Inlet are all close to Waccamaw Hospital and several urgent care facilities.

Lovely condo. Clean and spacious. There were four of us; me and my husband and our two boys ages 16 and 19. Everyone had their own space and bathroom. The king size beds in every room were definitely a plus! Loved the third floor view. Family friendly condo. We really loved the security key fob to enter the building and a gate with a code to go on and off the beach. Also liked the fact that there was security on duty. I would stay here again. Perfect for family or 3 couples!

This was our 2nd year staying here, it has everything you need. Very accommodating and everything up to date. Check in was delayed and we didn’t get in until after 6p.... I think it was a miscommunication to Garden City Realty. This unit is cleaned by an individual and not the maid service from GC Realty, so the unit was probably clean and ready while we waited in the heat with a busy 2 year old. Other than that it was a 5 Star stay!

Horizon East #301 was a beautiful property...very well-appointed. It is so nice having a washer and dryer inside the unit. About the only negative thing I can say is that the front door stuck a little at the bottom. The property was clean, as were the grounds. There is security on-site. Parking is a concern, as only one space is allotted per unit (which is a little inconvenient for a 3 br condo). The pool was clean, but a little undersized. We would stay here again, no doubt about it. There is nothing like being oceanfront with a pool!
