Surf Master by the Sea 601 is a three-bedroom, three-bath oceanfront condo located 1.2 miles north of Garden City Pier. This condo features a fully-equipped kitchen complete with granite counters, dishwasher, microwave, and garbage disposal, and also an oceanfront balcony, washer, dryer, central heat and air conditioning, and ceiling fans. Other amenities include four color TVs (cable), DVD player, and Wi-Fi. Sleeping accommodations include one king, one queen, and two double-sized beds, plus a sofa bed. Common area features two elevators in both towers, two oceanfront swimming pools and hot tubs, ample parking, (some covered) 7-foot clearance. Parking spaces are limited and availability is based on the size of each unit. One bedroom units are assigned one space; two and three bedroom units are assigned two spaces. Vehicles not displaying a parking pass on the rear view mirror or in a prominent area on the dash board are subject to immediate towing per the Surf Master HOA. Additional parking passes are not available for other guests or visitors of guests. This unit is located in the north building. No smoking. No pets. Check-out maid service included. Linens included. Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other attractions include Marlin Quay Marina, Gulf Stream Cafe, Original Sam's Corner, and Sara J's Seafood Restaurant.
Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrells Inlet, a seaside community that is considered to be the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina", but is also home to some of the nation's best golf courses. Once primarily a fishing village, the town is best known for the Murrells Inlet MarshWalk, a half-mile long boardwalk overlooking a pristine salt marsh, and the many award-winning seafood and barbecue restaurants along Highway 17 Business in the central business district.
Brookgreen Gardens, a sculpture garden and wildlife preserve built on four former rice plantations, is located slightly south of Murrells Inlet. It features several themed gardens with American figurative sculptures placed in them, trails through several nature reserve ecosystems and the Lowcountry Zoo.
If you're looking for places to shop, Inlet Square Mall, The Market Common, Coastal Grand, Myrtle Beach Mall, Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, two Tanger shopping outlets, countless strip-malls, and many more shopping facilities are all within an easy drive from Garden City Beach. Looking for some entertainment, take in a show at Alabama Theater, Medieval Times, The Carolina Opry, Pirates Voyage, and Legends in Concert. And don't forget about Ripley's Aquarium, Alligator Adventure, Hard Rock Cafe, Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville, and The Pavilion Nostalgia Park.

Large unit with lots of updates. Plenty of seating and the kitchen has everything you would need.
Pool/hot tub close at 10:00 though; which is MUCH to early for a vacation unit.

Overall a great experience. We did have a few issues with the rental, one of which the box spring in the bedroom with 2 beds seemed to be broken. We called and it was replaced almost immediately! There was also a busted patio chair, which we did not bring to their attention till mid week. The chair was not an issue for us.... We just wanted them to note it, if housekeeping hadn't already, as we found it that way. The room was otherwise in good order. Housekeeping wise, visibly it was clean. However we had two small children with us, and when cleaning up after them, there was dust, crumbs, even a baseball bat under some of the furniture...also the master bedroom sliding door would not open. We also reported this. It wasn't a big deal to us, but somebody else might appreciate being able to exit the room that way. The only other comment we would make, would be in regards to the fire works on the beach. We love fireworks! Especially we their free for our viewing. I appreciate security ensuring that they weren't set off on surfmaster property, but outside the master bedroom, very loud fireworks were going off.... Well passed midnight for our two nights.... We got very little sleep, and had a very long drive home the next morning. I wish there was a better enforcement of a noise curfew, like not past 10 pm. This may be out of your control.
