Surf Master by the Sea 314 is a three-bedroom, three-bath corner unit with oversized balcony with great view, located 1.2 miles north of the Garden City Pier. This condo features a fully-equipped and updated modern kitchen complete with refrigerator, range, dishwasher, microwave, and garbage disposal. The tastefully-decorated living room includes large windows with panoramic ocean views. Other amenities include a furnished oceanfront balcony, tile and carpeted flooring, washer, dryer, central heat and air conditioning, and ceiling fans. Four TVs (55-inch 4K Smart TV in living room, 40-Inch LED TVs in bedrooms), DVD/Blu-ray, Wii Game System and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include one king, one queen, and two full beds. Common area features two elevators in each towers, 2-Community Pools, 2-Hot Tubs and Onsite parking (some covered 7-foot clearance). This unit comes with two parking passes. Vehicles not displaying a parking pass on the rear view mirror or in a prominent area on the dash board are subject to immediate towing per the Surf Master HOA. Additional parking passes are not available for other guests or visitors of guests. This unit is located in the south building. No smoking. No pets. Check-out maid service included. Linens included. Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other attractions include Wild Water & Wheels waterpark, Marlin Quay Marina which offers Boat rentals and group and private fishing charters, par-3 and mini-golf. Lots of dining options including Gulf Stream Cafe, Original Sam's Corner, Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, and the Conch Café which is just steps from the condominium.

Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrells Inlet, a seaside community that is considered to be the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina". Once primarily a fishing village, the town is best known for the Murrells Inlet MarshWalk, a half-mile long boardwalk overlooking a pristine salt marsh, and the many award-winning seafood and barbecue restaurants along Highway 17 Business. It is also home to some of the nation's best golf courses.

Brookgreen Gardens, a sculpture garden and wildlife preserve built on four former rice plantations, is located slightly south of Murrells Inlet. It features several themed gardens with American figurative sculptures placed in them, trails through several nature reserve ecosystems and the Low country Zoo.

If you're looking for places to shop, Inlet Square Mall, The Market Common, Coastal Grand, Myrtle Beach Mall, Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, two Tanger shopping outlets, countless strip-malls, and many more shopping facilities are all within an easy drive from Garden City Beach. Looking for some entertainment, take in a show at Alabama Theater, Medieval Times, The Carolina Opry, Pirates Voyage, and Legends in Concert. And don't forget about Ripley's Aquarium, Alligator Adventure, Hard Rock Cafe, Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville, and The Pavilion Nostalgia Park.

Condo well appointed. WE did NOT enjoy waiting for over two hours for the elevator to be repaired so we could leave Tuesday. I took everything to the car, came back to get my handicap husband, arrived at the elevator, ready to head home. Pushed the button and neither elevator was working. Waited two hours for a repair. That wait caused me to have to drive through Monroe and then 485 towards Charlotte in the DARK as we headed home. Traffic on 485 3 lanes across and 70 miles per hour. NOT a good way to end our vacation. Arrived home much later than we planned.
