Gage was born and raised in a small farming town in upstate New York. From an early age, his modest upbringing taught him the value of hard work and the importance of money. Although farm life is no longer for Gage, the lessons he learned still guide him in his real estate career. Gage relocated to the Grand Strand in 2021 and soon fell in love with the coastal lifestyle. Although his interest in real estate began with his mother, it wasn’t until he joined Garden City Realty that he felt he had found a new sense of belonging - and a new family.
