Robin Richardson

Born and raised in Myrtle Beach, Robin has watched the Grand Strand transform from a quiet beach town into one of the country’s top vacation destinations. More than just a vacation hotspot, she knows it’s also a wonderful place to live, work, raise a family, and retire. After retiring from a successful career as a flight attendant with American Airlines, Robin decided to share her love for the area by helping others find their own piece of paradise. “My knowledge and experience living here all my life gives me great pride in sharing with my clients—helping them make my home theirs.”

Robin’s dedication to her clients and deep local expertise have earned her the prestigious title of Best Realtor in The Sun News Best of the Beach Awards.

Tamara Moore

A proud South Carolinian, Tamara was raised in the rural beauty of Williamsburg County along the scenic Black River. Growing up, she developed a deep appreciation for both the country lifestyle and the beach, just a short drive away. After spending 20 years helping her husband grow a successful timber business in Georgetown County, Tamara found her own passion in real estate. In 2022, after finding her dream home in Garden City Beach, she knew she wanted to help others do the same.

Tamara’s commitment to providing exceptional service has earned her Runner-Up for Best Real Estate Agent in Grand Strand’s Greatest.

Marcie Ortt

Marcie joined the Coast to Country Group at Garden City Realty in April 2025.
