Drew is simply the best!

Drew (Dellinger) is simply the best! We contacted Drew when we started thinking about selling, he helped us decide what was worth spending our money on to prepare to sell and helped us come up with a timeline that worked for our family (2 young children) and finances. His knowledge of the market trends was impressive and because of that he had the ability to help us price our house properly to get multiple high offers. We ended up closing with a cash offer 10% higher than our list price. Our house was also a starter home, so although Drew successfully works with million dollar homes, we never once felt that we were lesser than or that our small house wasn’t his priority. When looking for a realtor, we wanted one with local experience and excellent reviews. We found that in Drew Dellinger. Reading reviews of past customers we realized he was the one for us.
