One Ocean Place 307 is a three-bedroom, three-bath oceanfront condo located 1.4 miles north of Garden City Pier. This unit includes a private oceanfront balcony, fully-equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, spacious living room, washer, dryer, central heat and air conditioning, and ceiling fans. Four color TVs (cable), DVD player, stereo, CD player, telephone, and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include two king and one queen-sized bed, plus two twin-sized cots. Complex amenities include two oceanfront swimming pools, sundeck, hot tub, covered parking with clearance ranging from 6'-7.3', interior elevator system and outdoor shower. Limit two parking and pool gate access passes at check-in. No trailers or golf carts. No smoking. No pets. Check-out maid service included. Linens included. Maximum occupancy: 8

Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other attractions include Marlin Quay Marina, Gulf Stream Cafe, Original Sam's Corner, and Sara J's Seafood Restaurant.

Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrells Inlet, a seaside community that is considered to be the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina", but is also home to some of the nation's best golf courses. Once primarily a fishing village, the town is best known for the Murrells Inlet MarshWalk, a half-mile long boardwalk overlooking a pristine salt marsh, and the many award-winning seafood and barbecue restaurants along Highway 17 Business in the central business district.

Brookgreen Gardens, a sculpture garden and wildlife preserve built on four former rice plantations, is located slightly south of Murrells Inlet. It features several themed gardens with American figurative sculptures placed in them, trails through several nature reserve ecosystems and the Lowcountry Zoo.

If you're looking for places to shop, Inlet Square Mall, The Market Common, Coastal Grand, Myrtle Beach Mall, Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, two Tanger shopping outlets, countless strip-malls, and many more shopping facilities are all within an easy drive from Garden City Beach. Looking for some entertainment, take in a show at Alabama Theater, Medieval Times, The Carolina Opry, Pirates Voyage, and Legends in Concert. And don't forget about Ripley's Aquarium, Alligator Adventure, Hard Rock Cafe, Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville, and The Pavilion Nostalgia Park.

Other points of interest close by include the waterfront community of Georgetown, the third oldest city in South Carolina and second largest seaport in South Carolina, and historic Conway with its downtown Riverwalk area nestled on the banks of the Waccamaw River. Both towns include fine dining, shopping, and historic sites.

Surfside Beach, Garden City Beach and Murrells Inlet are all close to Waccamaw Hospital and several urgent care facilities.

This was our second time staying at OOP but first for 307 which is roomy, easy to keep clean and has a well equipped kitchen. The kitchen counters and bathroom vanities need updating and the sink in the third bathroom should be replaced. The master bedroom mattress is nice and firm although the other two are a bit soft and uncomfortable. The LR TV has had a lot of use and the remote didn't work well. As we've already booked 307 for next winter we hope this will be replaced. The balcony is wonderful with nice chairs and lounger. Overall we enjoyed 307 and as always Garden City Realtors are the best!

This condo room 302 at One Ocean Place is the most perfect beautiful condo we've ever stayed in , the view as you walk in is breathtaking!
All been renovated to the highest standards , with a fullly equipped kitchen for all your needs.

We were a party of 6 adults and two toddlers, there was more than enough space for us all to relax and enjoy
The bathrooms were decorated beautifully

The amenities are absolutely perfect
Two most beautiful pools and jacuzzis
Spoltlessly maintained grounds

Right adjacent to the condos is a beach restaurant which has wonderful food and drinks
All in all a perfect vacation
And perfect spot nice and quiet resort

Weather was perfect, we loved the condo, 307, and hope to get it again. The only negative thing was the clutter under sofa when we were looking for outlet(found a spare toothbrush, LOL) - and the paint on the kitchen cabinets would come off every time it was touched, so we were constantly sweeping kitchen, LOL. There was an issue with the glass sliding door, but maintenance came right up Monday morning to address. Minor things no doubt. Overall, we loved loved loved the unit.

Very good - some minor areas that should have been inspected. 1. The kitchen sink faucet water pressure was extremely low. 2. The sliding doors to the patio was difficult to open and close.
