Horizon East 302 is a two-bedroom, two-bath oceanfront condo located 0.6 miles north of Garden City Pier. This ocean facing unit has a fully-equipped kitchen complete with microwave and dishwasher, and living room with private balcony overlooking the beach, washer, dryer, and central heat and air conditioning. Three TVs (cable), three DVD players, telephone, and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include two king-sized beds. Common area includes a swimming pool, gazebo, grills and two elevators. No trailers. No smoking. No pets. No Golf Cart Allowed. Limit two pool gate access passes and one parking pass per unit at check-in. Check-out maid service included. Linens not included. Complete linen and bath package is available for $50, sheets and pillowcases only available for $24. Maximum occupancy: 4

Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other attractions include Marlin Quay Marina, Gulf Stream Cafe, Original Sam's Corner, and Sara J's Seafood Restaurant.

Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrells Inlet, a seaside community that is considered to be the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina", but is also home to some of the nation's best golf courses. Once primarily a fishing village, the town is best known for the Murrells Inlet MarshWalk, a half-mile long boardwalk overlooking a pristine salt marsh, and the many award-winning seafood and barbecue restaurants along Highway 17 Business in the central business district.

Brookgreen Gardens, a sculpture garden and wildlife preserve built on four former rice plantations, is located slightly south of Murrells Inlet. It features several themed gardens with American figurative sculptures placed in them, trails through several nature reserve ecosystems and the Lowcountry Zoo.

If you're looking for places to shop, Inlet Square Mall, The Market Common, Coastal Grand, Myrtle Beach Mall, Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, two Tanger shopping outlets, countless strip-malls, and many more shopping facilities are all within an easy drive from Garden City Beach. Looking for some entertainment, take in a show at Alabama Theater, Medieval Times, The Carolina Opry, Pirates Voyage, and Legends in Concert. And don't forget about Ripley's Aquarium, Alligator Adventure, Hard Rock Cafe, Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville, and The Pavilion Nostalgia Park.

Other points of interest close by include the waterfront community of Georgetown, the third oldest city in South Carolina and second largest seaport in South Carolina, and historic Conway with its downtown Riverwalk area nestled on the banks of the Waccamaw River. Both towns include fine dining, shopping, and historic sites.

Surfside Beach, Garden City Beach and Murrells Inlet are all close to Waccamaw Hospital and several urgent care facilities.

😩just got back home from a blissful week in MB. We enjoyed our 2 bedroom/2 bath condo on the beach. I would say it was perfect - condo was very nice, maybe a little too much furniture & personal stuff but more than manageable. All in all very clean but I hope the cleaning staff will check for burned out lights & change the shower curtain liners. Definitely nothing to keep us from staying here again next year.

This condo fit our needs and provided us the escape from the cold that we left behind in the north country. The location is within a 15 minute walk to the Conch Cafe, a local beach restaurant that has a reasonably priced menu. If you are a traveler who prefers to cook your own dinners then you are in luck. The kitchen is over stocked with pans and dishes enabling you to get fresh seafood at a local seafood market and cook it in the well stocked kitchen. Keep in mind that there is t much room in the cupboards for food.

The condominium Is very secure and safety was never a concern. Other guests and some owners were willing to engage in conversation which provided us with a welcoming atmosphere.

My wife and I recommend this unit to a small family of no more than 2 children. If we return we will include this unit in our list of condos to consider renting.

Overall this condo is a outstanding choice. Security of the building is outstanding as is the Maintenance. The condo is nice having tile floors rather than carpeting. It would be nice for guests to have space to store grocery's as all cabinet's are full. The water pressure in the bath rooms is extremely low making brushing of teeth and washing almost impossible. The couch is beautiful but very uncomfortable as it's the only place to sit in the living area. When we arrived the cords for the tv and dvd player were all disconnected. I was able to get the tv to work but left the DVD player unattached ? Bring hangers for the bedroom closets. Overall this is a very well stocked unit and decorated and maintained very nicely. I plan on staying again and highly recommend this unity.
