Marshside Inn 109 is a two-bedroom, one-bath inlet/channel-front located one block west of the Garden City Pier. This unit features a fully-equipped kitchen complete with microwave and dishwasher, washer, dryer, central heat and air conditioning, ceiling fans, carpeted floors, telephone, and screened porch overlooking the marsh. Two flat-screen TVs and one standard TV (cable) are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include one queen-sized bed, one twin-over-double bunk bed set, and a queen sofa bed. Complex amenities include swimming pool, hot tub (available from March-October), outdoor grills and covered parking. This property is located within close proximity to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping centers and other area attractions. Enjoy the laid back atmosphere of Garden City Beach and Surfside Beach or venture out to explore Myrtle Beach and its array of tourist attractions. Myrtle Beach and its famous Ocean Boulevard are minutes away; north on U.S. Highway 17 Business. No elevator. No trailers or golf carts. Weekly rentals only. No smoking. No pets. Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other attractions include Marlin Quay Marina, Gulf Stream Cafe, Original Sam's Corner, and Sara J's Seafood Restaurant.

Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrells Inlet, a seaside community that is considered to be the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina", but is also home to some of the nation's best golf courses. Once primarily a fishing village, the town is best known for the Murrells Inlet MarshWalk, a half-mile long boardwalk overlooking a pristine salt marsh, and the many award-winning seafood and barbecue restaurants along Highway 17 Business in the central business district.

Brookgreen Gardens, a sculpture garden and wildlife preserve built on four former rice plantations, is located slightly south of Murrells Inlet. It features several themed gardens with American figurative sculptures placed in them, trails through several nature reserve ecosystems and the Lowcountry Zoo.

If you're looking for places to shop, Inlet Square Mall, The Market Common, Coastal Grand, Myrtle Beach Mall, Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, two Tanger shopping outlets, countless strip-malls, and many more shopping facilities are all within an easy drive from Garden City Beach. Looking for some entertainment, take in a show at Alabama Theater, Medieval Times, The Carolina Opry, Pirates Voyage, and Legends in Concert. And don't forget about Ripley's Aquarium, Alligator Adventure, Hard Rock Cafe, Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville, and The Pavilion Nostalgia Park.

Other points of interest close by include the waterfront community of Georgetown, the third oldest city in South Carolina and second largest seaport in South Carolina, and historic Conway with its downtown Riverwalk area nestled on the banks of the Waccamaw River. Both towns include fine dining, shopping, and historic sites.

Surfside Beach, Garden City Beach and Murrells Inlet are all close to Waccamaw Hospital and several urgent care facilities.

We had a great time in Garden City. We have vacationed there before and knew we wanted to be close to the pier and arcade. We could have gotten a condo with 2 bathrooms, for about the same price, but it would have been further from the heart of Garden City. Only having one bath was not a problem during our stay, even with 6 people in our condo. The condo was just as pictured on the website. It was clean, and had most of the kitchen necessities. It was great having a washer/dryer in the condo, because we were able to wash up our clothes before coming home. The pool was open till 11 pm, which was nice. We would stay at Marshside Inn again in the future.

Great place to stay with a great view of the marsh. Short walk to the beach and area food and attractions, had to call about the A/C kicking off but had a service man there within 10 minutes of my call, would definitely stay again. And will definitely be using garden city reality.

I was satisfied with my stay. We enjoyed being close to the main strip in Garden City. Even though the condo isn't beachfront, the walk is still very easy. The pool is also big enough for the amount of guests staying. Everything was clean. I like staying here because it's also quiet and has a bit more privacy especially at the pool.

Everyone at Garden City Realty was awesome and went out of their way to accommodate us. I called them only a few days before coming to garden city and they were able to get me into a property with the dates I needed. The marsh side condo we stayed at was perfect for the number of people we had and had an amazing view of the marsh. The property was also located one block from the beach and across the street from games and restaurants. We loved garden city and will definitely use garden city Realty again!

Our family had never rented through Garden City Realty before. Marshside Inn, Unit 109 was a great deal for the time we were visiting Garden City. We had previously stayed in another unit at Marshside Inn, so we were aware of the layout of the complex. This unit is in need of upgrades and maintenance. Light bulbs were burnt out, there were certain cycles on the washing machine you couldn't use or it would overflow and the cable wire in the second bedroom needed to be cut and reconnected. We ended up doing all the work during our stay and we didn't even receive a credit for any of our stay.
