2016 Notice: Surf Master 210 is new to Garden City Realty's 2016 rental program. The new property owners have taken many steps to ensure this condo has all the comforts of home. Updated with fresh paint, unique lighting fixtures, quality furniture, updated bedroom sets, good patio furniture, real ceramic tile flooring, carpeting in the living area and bedrooms, and new flat screen TVs, it's no surprise unit 210 will be one of our most popular Surf Master condos.

Surf Master by the Sea 210 is a two-bedroom, two-bath oceanfront condo located 1.2 miles north of Garden City Pier. This condo features a fully-equipped electric kitchen complete with, dishwasher, microwave, and garbage disposal, and also a furnished oceanfront balcony, washer, dryer, central heat and air conditioning, and ceiling fans. Other amenities include three HD flat screen TVs (cable), DVD player, stereo, telephone, and Wi-Fi. Sleeping accommodations include one king, one queen, and one twin-sized bed, plus a queen sofa bed. Common area features two elevators in both towers, two oceanfront swimming pools and hot tubs, ample parking, (some covered) 7-foot clearance. Parking spaces are limited and availability is based on the size of each unit. One bedroom units are assigned one space; two and three bedroom units are assigned two spaces. Vehicles not displaying a parking pass on the rear view mirror or in a prominent area on the dash board are subject to immediate towing per the Surf Master HOA. Additional parking passes are not available for other guests or visitors of guests. This unit is located in the south building. No smoking. No pets. No golf carts allowed. Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other attractions include Marlin Quay Marina, Gulf Stream Cafe, Original Sam's Corner, and Sara J's Seafood Restaurant.

Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrells Inlet, a seaside community that is considered to be the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina", but is also home to some of the nation's best golf courses. Once primarily a fishing village, the town is best known for the Murrells Inlet MarshWalk, a half-mile long boardwalk overlooking a pristine salt marsh, and the many award-winning seafood and barbecue restaurants along Highway 17 Business in the central business district.

Brookgreen Gardens, a sculpture garden and wildlife preserve built on four former rice plantations, is located slightly south of Murrells Inlet. It features several themed gardens with American figurative sculptures placed in them, trails through several nature reserve ecosystems and the Lowcountry Zoo.

If you're looking for places to shop, Inlet Square Mall, The Market Common, Coastal Grand, Myrtle Beach Mall, Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, two Tanger shopping outlets, countless strip-malls, and many more shopping facilities are all within an easy drive from Garden City Beach. Looking for some entertainment, take in a show at Alabama Theater, Medieval Times, The Carolina Opry, Pirates Voyage, and Legends in Concert. And don't forget about Ripley's Aquarium, Alligator Adventure, Hard Rock Cafe, Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville, and The Pavilion Nostalgia Park.

Other points of interest close by include the waterfront community of Georgetown, the third oldest city in South Carolina and second largest seaport in South Carolina, and historic Conway with its downtown Riverwalk area nestled on the banks of the Waccamaw River. Both towns include fine dining, shopping, and historic sites.

Surfside Beach, Garden City Beach and Murrells Inlet are all close to Waccamaw Hospital and several urgent care facilities.

Another Great Vacation at the Surfmaster!

We always enjoy staying at the Surfmaster. The location is convenient to almost anything you want to do and the staff is always willing to go the extra mile in providing whatever you need. We have been staying here for years and Unit 210 is my favorite so far. It's very comfortable and the kitchen is very well-equipped for cooking your meals in. Was a little disappointed in the cleanliness of the Unit this time. The Kitchen and Bedrooms were very clean, as usual, but the Bathrooms were not as clean as I would have liked. Also, the Living Area didn't appear to have been vacuumed or dusted very well. This has never happened before, to us at least, at the Surfmaster. Normally our Units have been extremely clean when we arrive. It would definite not prevent us from staying there in the future and I most definitely recommend it to anyone if you want a nice, comfortable, family environment.

Overall experience was wonderful! Condo is beautiful and the furniture is very comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped. The view from the living area and balcony is beautiful. Even the balcony furniture is comfortable. It's obvious the owners have taken a little extra care in making sure you have everything you need.

Never being in the Myrtle Beach area before, we were very happy with our choice in Garden City. Our condo was in a great location and very nice and clean. I have 2 comments about #210. First, it would be nice if the small sofa could be switched around so it's back is towards the dining table. That way, you could enjoy the view of the water no matter where you sat. Also, having a binder with information on how the TV's and remotes work would be an asset. Would definitely stay in #210 again when returning to Myrtle Beach.

A wonderful 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. TV in LR, & both bedrooms. Furnished & decorated perfectly. Very beachy. Condo is roomy, and in very good condition. The only problem is the shower in spare bathroom just dribbles. Have already planned to stay there in 2018.
