2017 Notice: Duneside III 304 is under new ownership for the 2017 rental season. This unit has been completed renovated and features a theme of the low country. The kitchen has been restocked with new utensils, cookware, stainless steel appliances, counter tops, and cabinets. The unit has been painted throughout and includes porcelain tile throughout. Updated pictures are ready to view on the virtual tour or image slideshow.

Duneside III 304 is a one-bedroom, one-bath oceanfront condo located 0.1 miles south of Garden City Pier, directly facing the ocean. This unit has a fully-equipped kitchen complete with breakfast bar, cookware, utensils, microwave and dishwasher, living room with private balcony, and central heat and air conditioning. Four color TVs (cable), DVD player, and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include one queen and two twin-sized beds, plus a double-sized sofa bed. No washer or dryer in unit. Complex amenities include a coin-operated laundry and oceanfront outdoor swimming pool. Limit one parking pass per unit. No elevator. No trailers.No Golf Cart Allowed. No pets. Property permits off-season monthly rentals. Check-out maid service included. Linens not included. Complete linen and bath package is available for $100, sheets and pillowcases only available for $48. Maximum occupancy: 6

Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other attractions include Marlin Quay Marina, Gulf Stream Cafe, Original Sam's Corner, and Sara J's Seafood Restaurant.

Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrells Inlet, a seaside community that is considered to be the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina", but is also home to some of the nation's best golf courses. Once primarily a fishing village, the town is best known for the Murrells Inlet MarshWalk, a half-mile long boardwalk overlooking a pristine salt marsh, and the many award-winning seafood and barbecue restaurants along Highway 17 Business in the central business district.

Brookgreen Gardens, a sculpture garden and wildlife preserve built on four former rice plantations, is located slightly south of Murrells Inlet. It features several themed gardens with American figurative sculptures placed in them, trails through several nature reserve ecosystems and the Lowcountry Zoo.

If you're looking for places to shop, Inlet Square Mall, The Market Common, Coastal Grand, Myrtle Beach Mall, Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, two Tanger shopping outlets, countless strip-malls, and many more shopping facilities are all within an easy drive from Garden City Beach. Looking for some entertainment, take in a show at Alabama Theater, Medieval Times, The Carolina Opry, Pirates Voyage, and Legends in Concert. And don't forget about Ripley's Aquarium, Alligator Adventure, Hard Rock Cafe, Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville, and The Pavilion Nostalgia Park.

Other points of interest close by include the waterfront community of Georgetown, the third oldest city in South Carolina and second largest seaport in South Carolina, and historic Conway with its downtown Riverwalk area nestled on the banks of the Waccamaw River. Both towns include fine dining, shopping, and historic sites.

Surfside Beach, Garden City Beach and Murrells Inlet are all close to Waccamaw Hospital and several urgent care facilities.

This was our 3rd stay at The Duneside III and we will be back again. If you are looking for a quiet getaway this place is NOT for you, but if you like live music, and saltwater fishing, You will love it.

Our favorite place is Garden City! Garden City Realty was great to work with and our condo was great! Being that close to the pier was a plus! The only downfall was the parking! There are 21 condos in the building and only about 15 parking spaces! We would stay here again even with the parking issues!

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. It was very nice, clean, and the location was perfect. We could walk right to the pier, arcade and other shops located in the main area of Garden City. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evenings watching the waves and listening to the band on the pier. I would recommend this hotel. The only downfall is parking is tight and no elevator. We were on the 3rd floor which made loading and unloading our things a little difficult, but the access to everything else made it worth it.

This condo, in an older building in Garden City, is so cute! It had everything we needed for 2 people and would be great with a family with a couple of small kids. Perfect location....next to the pier...sit on the balcony and enjoy the music, but in the bedroom you couldn't hear the noise!
The only thing missing is a washer/dryer but there's a coin laundry downstairs. I would stay there again in a heartbeat! The pool area could use come umbrellas and furniture...but that's not a big deal!
